Forest City Photographs

I’m Joel, and I photograph weddings the way I’d want mine remembered. Since 2015, I’ve photographed weddings across Rockford, Chicago, Madison, and Milwaukee, on 35mm film and digital.

I care less about poses and more about the moments in between: your dad reading his speech notes one last time, your best friend crying before you even walk out. When you look back in twenty years, I want the photos to feel like the day did.
